Pierrot was around for over ten years and released agood deal of material. Their style is pretty easy to listen to and isprobably comparible to that of L'arcenciel, BUCK-TICK, and variousother visual bands who were from that time period. Pierrot achievedmajor status in 1998 and as a result their material and style of dressbecame more mainstream. Ironically, their first major album was entitled'Finale' and their last single before their demise was 'Hello.' Theband disbanded in April of 2006 and their guitarist and project leaderfelt that it was his fault for the end of the band. All of the memberslater moved on to other projects.I am aware thatI am missing most of their releases here, but the vast majority oftheir releases were compiled into their final two collection albums.
