Hey guys, I made a tool for myself and I thought some of you might have fun playing around with it too. The issue was that I didn’t know what runes to sell after powering up. I would have very similar runes but wasn’t sure what ones were the best out of them all.

Especially since they would be on different sets and some would have a good innate stat.What this tool does is calculates the total value of stats for each rune while factoring in the set type and innate stats and giving you the ability to give stats different weight. I weight them by setting a multiplier towards that stat that is easily changeable. Therefore I can look for support runes by setting SPD to 1.5 and ACC to 1.0 and ignore all ATK and CD rolls by setting them to 0. The “totals” column will add up all the stats.

I can then filter all the runes’ total weighted stats by looking at the top 50 runes and see what is looking the best.I can tag the best runes for all the types that I want like Support, Attack, Tanky-DD, etc and then filter out anything that hasn’t been tagged. These runes are ones that haven’t made the cut and can be (most likely) sold.There is another column that factors in the 2/4/6 main stat of the rune with the sub stats since 2/4/6 can be weaker on sub stats on a 6.

I was very excited about your tool but this kinda defeat the purpose of it honestly. You don't have to weight it perfectly per monster but you could use a general rule of thumb (the rule I use is divide flat def by 6 and flat hp by 100 so 18 flat def is about worth 3% def and 1000 flat hp is worth about 10% hp). Also, flat stats are easy to grind because usually you have these kind of grinds in excess.

Because Com2Us has been on a QoL tear lately (they actually give you Vampire Runes for your Faimon farmer now! What's next, even more skimpy Ellia costu-oh), I figured I'd throw out a few suggestions while I trudge through the purgatory that is pre-FRR rune maintenance:.

Change the current rune leveling system from the current random chance to a 100% success rate system (with a higher flat cost being whatever necessary to not cause the in-game mana stone economy to go up in flames like the Hindenburg). I already don't bother to level a rune from +12 to +15 unless I have a couple million mana stocked up as a buffer for when the RNG inevitably decides to burn 30 rolls at +13, and it would be nice if the process was slightly faster than continental drift.Also, like many others I'm in a position where I can have SW grinding away while I work on other things because I only have to check it every couple minutes to start the next run, but not so much time that I can stop what I'm doing to level a promising rune up before deciding to keep it. This is first world problems as hell, but it means I wind up having to eventually work on a backlog of runes and at a certain point taking 2-3 minutes to level one rune to 9 when you have a couple dozen more of the same type to check afterwards makes Diablo loot Tetris look absolutely riveting by comparison.That, or make the animations faster. It's been 3 years, the wonderment of seeing if your rune will make the right ding sound has been replaced with the grim ennui of knowing that all the rolls for your legendary 6 star rune are going to land on the flat attack stat.
